The Normandic cows deliver exquisite camembert cheeses during there lifetime, and deliver a very aromatic meat with a delicate salty aroma, due to a lifetime of grazing alongside the salty water.
The Simmental cattle breed, or spotted cattle, originates from Switzerland, specifically in the valleys of Bern. This breed, with its light yellow to reddish-brown spots on a white coat, is bred for both milk and meat production. It's known as a dual-purpose cow.
The animals roam freely and primarily feed on grass and herbs found on the mountain slopes and in the valleys. Due to this natural and healthy diet, and the tranquility of their environment, the meat is beautifully marbled with fat. It has a deep red color and a tender, delicate flavor.
