Frequently Asked Questions
Gift vouchers
I haven't received my voucher - now what?
Have you just ordered a gift voucher but don't see the voucher appearing in your inbox? Make sure you have entered the correct e-mail address. It also happens that e-mails from new senders are marked as spam by your e-mail provider. Be sure to check your spam folder in your e-mail application.
I cannot use the QR code or the number code
This is normal. The QR code or number code is meant for the restaurants to exchange your voucher.
I have received a voucher. What should I do now?
You can make a reservation via the TableFever website or the restaurant in question. You then take the voucher to the restaurant and hand it in.
Please note: you must print out the voucher.
My voucher has expired. What can I do?
You can extend your voucher online via the ‘My voucher’ link. You can extend up to 6 months after expiry. More than 6 months after expiry? Then it is unfortunately no longer possible to extend this voucher.
The amount is (too) large - can I divide the voucher into parts for multiple use?
You can ‘split’ the voucher via the link ‘My voucher’. The system will then provide you with new vouchers according to the split you chose. The original voucher is no longer valid from then on. Only the split vouchers can then be redeemed.
I would like an invoice for my order - is this possible?
Of course you can. When ordering you can indicate that you are a company. There you enter your company details and the system will automatically send an e-mail with the invoice.
Attention: the invoice always comes in a separate mail and it may take some time to process it. So we ask for a little patience.
